Cyber Camp Teaching Assistants Needed!
Volunteer your time to serve as a Teaching Assistant during upcoming Cyber Camps and you can recieve free or discounted training. It's a great way to share your expertise and enthusiasm, help shape the next generation of cyber security professionals and also enhance your own skills!
The SANS Institute is providing full scholarships to those interested in becoming cyber camp teaching assistants. The scholarship consists of training, which will be given free of charge in exchange for a five year commitment to teach at summer camps. Candidates agree to work three summer camps for each SANS class they take.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Have at least one SANS GIAC Certification
Teaching assistant candidates are eligible to attend any of the six-day SANS courses:
- SEC 504 (GCIH)
- SEC 503 (GCIA)
- SEC 508 (GCFA)
- SEC 542 (GWAPT)
- SEC 560 (GPEN)
- SEC 617 (GAWN)
SANS training is also available from Onsite, Interactive Video Conferencing (IVC) and Online training. *Charges may apply to attend live training.
